Located in Ajax, Falcon Brewing Company is brewing Falcon Awesome craft beer

The Falcon Brewing Company (FBC) was incorporated in December 2014 and began selling beer in the Ontario market in early 2015.

FBC opened its own brewery in Ajax, ON March 16 2017. There are 20 different beers brewing at any given time, with ten available at all times on tap, or in cans for take-out directly from the brewery. There are seven permanent brands, and the rest are rotated to offer a changing selection for the customer.

During wwii ajax was the home of the largest munitions plant in canada and was the home of the famous bomb girls here at falcon brewing Company we honour the contributions of these women and the town of ajax by naming 2 of our beers in their memory, bomb girls and munition.
